Take Calcium+folic Acid+glycine+vitamin D2 as advised by your doctor. In some cases, you may experience nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, or flatulence (gas). Most of these side effects of Calcium+folic Acid+glycine+vitamin D2 do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. Drug-Drug Interaction: Calcium+folic Acid+glycine+vitamin D2 may interact with anticonvulsants (phenobarbital, primidone, phenytoin), antibiotics (trimethoprim), nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (aspirin), antidepressants (duloxetine), thyroid medicine (levothyroxine), water pill (hydrochlorothiazide), high cholesterol-lowering medicine (cholestyramine), iron supplement (ferrous sulphate),  anti-inflammatory drug (sulfasalazine), anticancer drug (fluorouracil).

Drug-Food Interaction: Inform your doctor if you are taking zinc supplements or medicines containing zinc.  

Drug-Disease Interaction: If you have cancer, pernicious anaemia (anaemia due to lack of vitamin B12), high calcium or vitamin D levels, electrolyte imbalance, kidney or heart disease, tumour or if you are receiving a stent in the heart or undergoing haemodialysis due to kidney failure, inform your doctor before taking Calcium+folic Acid+glycine+vitamin D2.
